Dr. Manuel Rauchholz
Trinity International University
Director of the PhD (Intercultural Studies), Associate Professor of Anthropology and Intercultural Studies
MaDonna Maurer, MA
MaDonna has an MA in Care and Counseling and works as a short-term counselor with Global Crossroads Consulting. She is currently a PhD candidate researching the lived experiences of missionary families who have a child with disabilities. She is a mother to an adult with Cri-du-Chat Syndrome and has lived in Asia as a missionary for over two decades.

Jasmine Tell
Jasmine Tell is a missionary with New International serving in Chiang Mai, Thailand with Stronger Together Thailand and the RICD Wheelchair Project. She grew up in a family impacted by disability, with multiple siblings with disabilities.
She started working in the field of disability in 2006 and moved to Thailand to serve full-time in disability ministry in 2010. She is a mom of four, passionate about disability, adoption, and missions. Disability became even more a part of her family’s life when they adopted their daughter from Serbia who has Down Syndrome.
Uwe Maurer
Uwe is the director of Taiwan Sunshine. He is a German MK who was born and raised in Taiwan. Uwe is married to MaDonna and they have three children. Matthea, their second, has a genetic deletion called 5p-.
Uwe used to be an international school teacher and principal. After Matthea's diagnosis, Uwe and his family moved back to Taiwan. Shortly afterward, they were part of a team that started Taiwan Sunshine.
Chin-Wen “Jean” Lee, PhD
Chin-Wen “Jean” Lee, PhD, is the Director of Research and Development at the Angel Heart Family Social Welfare Foundation in Taiwan. With a decade of teaching experience at both secondary and higher education institutions, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Dr. Lee earned her PhD in Special Education from the University of Northern Colorado in the United States. She is furthering her expertise by enrolling in the Family Ministry program at Dallas Baptist University, concentrating on ministry for families with special-needs children.
林照程 Lin Chao Chen
CEO of the Angel Heart Family Social Welfare Foundation. He is the father of
four daughters, two of whom have developmental delays. Along with his wife,
who is also a musician, he has dedicated his talents to services and advocacy
for special needs families. Chao-Chen holds a master’s degree in special
education and wrote a thesis on the respite program at Angel Heart Family.
Abigail Chua
Abigail Chua is a US and UK licensed music therapist who recently moved back to Taiwan to be with family. She has provided music therapy for people ages 1 - 89 years old with a range of medical diagnoses and special needs, across London, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, and Taipei.
Michelle
Michelle is a US-certified speech-language pathologist specializing in helping TCKs with disabilities and their families thrive in their current cross-cultural contexts. Living and working globally for 18 years, she has provided assessment and therapy services for TCKs from a wide variety of sending organizations, both in person and online, and in international school and homeschool contexts. She has also conducted parent training and workshops at education and sending organization conferences. Walking alongside families as they navigate serving globally and raising a child with disabilities, Michelle has learned the necessity of developing an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support, as well as respite opportunities.
Santiphap(Tan) Viriyothai


Santiphap (Tan) Viriyothai is a co-director of Stronger Together Thailand and a regional manager for Joni and Friends in Thailand and South East Asia. He is a formal lecturer at McGilvary College of Divinity, Payap University, and an elder at the First Church of Chiang Mai, Thailand. He has been involved with disability ministry and teaching Disability Ministry-related subjects at McGilvary College of Divinity for many years. Through the ministry of Stronger Together Thailand and Joni and Friends, he has a heart to see more churches in Thailand reach out to people affected by disabilities and include them in the church.
Tim Lee
Rev. Tim Lee pastored in the US for 8 years and served as CEO of Qizhi Vocational Training Center for Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disability for 11 years in Taiwan. He is currently a worship pastor at House of Blessing Bilingual Church. He is also a certified trainer with HeartMath Institute, Primal Coaching, and trained in EEG Neurofeedback at EEGInfo. www.pleromacoaching.com
