林照程 Lin Chao Chen

天使心家族基金會創辦人兼執行長。他育有四名女兒，其中兩名有發展遲緩。與同樣是音樂人的妻子一起，他將自己的專長投入於特殊需求家庭的服務與倡議。照程擁有特殊教育碩士學位，研究天使心家族基金會提供的喘息服務對身障者家庭的幫助。

​

CEO of the Angel Heart Family Social Welfare Foundation. He is the father of four daughters, two of whom have developmental delays. Along with his wife, who is also a musician, he has dedicated his talents to services and advocacy for special needs families. Chao-Chen holds a master’s degree in special education and wrote a thesis on the respite program at Angel Heart Family.

饒以德

OMF海外基督使團全球華文媒體統籌，協助推動跨文化宣教。黏多醣症病友，從小在教會成長並參與服事，目前擔任青少年輔導，持續學習在個人的有限中與無限的上帝同工。

Yi-De Rao serves as the Global Chinese Media Coordinator for OMF International, where he plays a key role in advancing cross-cultural missions. Having grown up serving in the church, he currently shares his passion as a youth mentor. As a person living with Mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS), Yi-De embodies a life of authentic service, continually learning what it means to co-labor with an infinite God within the scope of human limitations.

李謹妏 Chin-Wen “Jean” Lee, PhD

謹妏博士是天使心家族基金會的研發主任。她擁有十年的中學及高等教育教學經驗，為她的工作帶來豐富的知識與專業。謹妏博士在美國北科羅拉多大學取得特殊教育博士學位，目前進修達拉斯浸信會大學的家庭事工課程，專注於特殊需求孩子家庭的事工事宜。

 

Chin-Wen “Jean” Lee, PhD, is the Director of Research and Development at the Angel Heart Family Social Welfare Foundation in Taiwan. With a decade of teaching experience at both secondary and higher education institutions, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Dr. Lee earned her PhD in Special Education from the University of Northern Colorado in the United States. She is furthering her expertise by enrolling in the Family Ministry program at Dallas Baptist University, concentrating on ministry for families with special-needs children.

​慕美德 MaDonna Maurer
MaDonna 擁有關懷與諮商碩士學位，現於 Global Crossroads Consulting 擔任短期諮商顧問。她目前為博士候選人，研究宣教家庭中育有身心障礙子女的真實生活經驗。她是一位患有貓哭症候群(Cri-du-Chat Syndrome)成年子女的母親，並已在亞洲從事宣教工作超過二十年。

MaDonna has an MA in Care and Counseling and works as a short-term counselor with Global Crossroads Consulting. She is currently a PhD candidate researching the lived experiences of missionary families who have a child with disabilities. She is a mother to an adult with Cri-du-Chat Syndrome and has lived in Asia as a missionary for over two decades.
 慕信福 Uwe Maurer, PhD

Uwe 是恩美協會的總幹事。他是德國的海外宣教子女(MK)，在台灣出生與成長。Uwe 與 MaDonna 結婚，育有三名孩子，其中老二 Matthea 被診斷出患有一種名為貓哭症候群的基因缺失症。

Uwe 曾擔任國際學校教師與校長。Matthea 確診後，Uwe 與家人搬回台灣。不久之後，他們加入一個團隊，共同創立了恩美協會。

Uwe is the director of Taiwan Sunshine.  He is a German MK who was born and raised in Taiwan. Uwe is married to MaDonna and they have three children. Matthea, their second, has a genetic deletion called Cri-du-Chat syndrome. 

Uwe used to be an international school teacher and principal.  After Matthea's diagnosis, Uwe and his family moved back to Taiwan. Shortly afterward, they were part of a team that started Taiwan Sunshine.  ​

  • 曾任全球衛生mhealth NGO的醫療執行官，透過WHO & Gates Foundation 國際專案，開發偏遠社區巡迴醫療診斷APP，應用於印度、坦薩尼亞、馬里等一線偏鄉醫療服務標準化管理。

  • 曾任一社創孵化器大中華區項目經理，利用遠程信息管理系統培訓支持亞洲超過200+公益機構，對接矽谷技術資金資源。

Dr. Amy Kwok is the founder and CEO of PenguinSmart, a leading platform for children’s speech and language development. Holding an MPH from Harvard University and an MD from Peking University, she has served as a Medical Officer for global health NGOs. In collaboration with the WHO and the Gates Foundation, she spearheaded the development of mobile health (mHealth) diagnostic tools for remote communities in India, Tanzania, and Mali. A recognized leader in social innovation, she was awarded the "Top 50 Social Innovation" in Taiwan (2023) and was a finalist for the IFAH "Top 100 Visionary Healthcare Leaders" (2021). Dr. Amy Kwok specializes in leveraging remote management systems to empower NGOs and connect local needs with global technological resources.
